CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best experience for every client and to keep my schedule running smoothly, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, not early. While I absolutely appreciate punctuality, arriving early can interfere with the service currently in progress, as well as my cleaning and disinfecting process that takes place and time between each client. If you do arrive early, there may be a short wait, and I want your experience to feel relaxed and seamless from the moment you arrive. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate, but your service time may need to be adjusted to avoid impacting the next client.
